Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please note that once your return is accepted, return order will be picked up by our shipping partner from your doorstep free of cost.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change of Mind Returns:

We understand that sometimes customers may change their minds about a purchase. In such cases, our policy is as follows:

  • To be eligible for a return due to a change of mind, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all the original packaging intact.
  • We will email you a pre-paid Return Shipping Label.
  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase amount, excluding any shipping costs incurred.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Order Edits

If you would like to edit your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After the initial 2 hours, we will not be able to edit your order.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically credited on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
